We collect the information you choose to send us, such as:
- email address and contact details in demo, contact, and waitlist forms;
- company, role, project, or technical context you include in an enquiry;
- support, billing, contracting, and service-delivery information for customers.
Website and analytics data
When you visit the website, we may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage. Analytics scripts are loaded after page interaction or an idle delay. Google advertising storage and personalization are disabled by default.
The cookie notice stores a local browser flag so we know whether to show it again.
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed third-party services, including Tally forms and YouTube video. Those providers may process data according to their own privacy policies when you interact with the embedded content.

For Cloud Device and professional services, the data we process depends on the contract, deployment, and support scope. - customer administrators when the data belongs to a customer workspace or deployment;

Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Waitlist and enquiry data is kept until it is no longer useful for that request or you ask us to delete it. Customer records are retained according to the relevant contract and legal requirements.
International transfers
Actinis is based in Estonia. Some service providers may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. When that happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
Your rights

The website and Actinis business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
