Drion and Chimera ship under EUPL-1.2. Read the code, build it yourself, ship it inside your own product. We're not asking anyone to trust a binary.

Actinis is an Estonian company, so data sits in the EU and contracts are in EU law. Mostly, though, it just means we're building here because this is where we live.
